1. Eligibility for Return

  • Physical items can be returned within 7 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

2. Digital Codes Policy

  • We provide 24 hours warranty to check that your digital code is valid.

  • After 24 hours, we are not responsible for any issues reported.

  • We are not responsible if the customer chooses the wrong region.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital codes, used items, or customized products cannot be refunded.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment method.

5. Defective or Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photo or video proof if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

6. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping fees unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • نحن غير مسؤولين إذا اختار العميل المنطقة الخاطئة.

3. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

  • الأكواد الرقمية، المنتجات المستخدمة، أو المنتجات المخصصة لا يمكن استرداد قيمتها.

4. طريقة استرداد المبلغ
